These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AK Digital Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand name TractionHub, with its principal office at Dubai 18269, UAE.
By accessing or using TractionHub (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
TractionHub is an Instagram growth platform that facilitates predictable distribution and warm leads through a story-sharing network. The Service may include features such as batch-based story distribution, analytics dashboards, automated engagement tools, and related functionality.
The Service is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We make no commitment that any particular feature will be maintained, released, or supported indefinitely.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for promptly notifying us at support@tractionhub.io if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant AK Digital Marketing a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 14 days' notice.
If you believe a paid delivery (such as a scheduled story share or distribution batch) was not completed as described, you must notify us at support@tractionhub.io within seven (7) days of the scheduled delivery date.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any missed paid delivery shall be, at our sole discretion: (a) a replay of the missed delivery; (b) a service credit applied to your account; or (c) a pro-rated refund for the affected delivery. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from a missed delivery.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of AK Digital Marketing. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and Meta. TractionHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other third-party platform.
Changes to third-party platform policies, APIs, or availability may affect the functionality of the Service. We are not responsible for any disruptions, limitations, or changes resulting from third-party platform actions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Service is currently in beta. We do not guarantee specific results, follower growth, engagement rates, or business outcomes. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your content quality, niche, posting schedule, and third-party platform algorithms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AK Digital Marketing, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@tractionhub.io. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
